Assalam o alalikum, it is best to recite the dua daily after any of the farz namaaz atleast thrice or more and pray to Allah that He has His mercy on the unborn child as well as mother. Inshallah Allah will listen to our earnest prayers.

salam, i have been married for almost 3 years and yet i have not concieved, i have visited many doctors and had many tests done yet they all come out normal. the docters thinks its a case of unexplained infertility ( my husband also underwent all tests, he is fine also). i have tried so many wazaifs such as surat muzumill 41 days each night eleven times, surat yasin 41 times on fridays and more and different types of nafls. can you please recommend any other wazaifs i can try. i will really appreceate your reply

it is really sad to know about your situation, i just pray to Allah to that He eases out your troubles and grant you with a virtuous offspring inshallah. Mashallah you are such a pious lady and have already been doing so many wazifas inshallah Allah will listen to you soon, sometimes it is our testing times. It is also said that due to our sins sometimes our duas does not reach to Allah so I advice you to do to Istaghfaar daily and pray to Allah to forgive your sins which are coming in the way of your jayaz duas.
