After namaz, you read Allahu Al Bariyu Al Kabeeru 313 times, pray to Allah for your hair and blow on your hands to run over your hair. InshAllah you WILL see the difference.

It is said that it is the experience of some people that reciting Surah 31 (Luqmaan), ayah 16 has the benefit of returning lost things:
“Ya bunayya innaha in taku mithqala habbatimmin khardalin fatakun fee sakhratin aw fissamawati aw fil-ardi ya/ti biha Allahu innAllaha lateefun khabeer.” (31:16)
“O my son!” (said Luqman), “If there be (but) the weight of a mustard-seed and it were (hidden) in a rock, or (anywhere) in the heavens or on earth, Allah will bring it forth: for Allah understands the finest mysteries, (and) is well-acquainted (with them). (31:16)

I hope this helps you out, apart from this you can also read ‘Ya Jaamio” as much as you can in order to get lost things back. I hope and pray that inshallah you will get back your cell phones by the will and wish of Allah.
Salam, I just wanted to know if the hair fall dua should be recited after every namaz or just 1 namaz?
